This was my first train layout and features various trains from my collection. I learnt a lot during the process of building it. Both DC and DCC were used on separate sections of the layout. Bachmann track and controllers were used on this layout.
My favourite trains on this layout were the Kato Nozomi JR500, Fleishmann Desiro railcars & Minitrix ICE3.
The main feature was a lake at the rear of the layout with a pier section over the top.

The layout was quite large by N-scale standards with the dimensions of approx. 65" (165cm) wide and 75" (190cm) deep.
